AEDC, is led by co-Founder, Professor Emeritus S.O. Gyandoh.

 

Professor Emeritus S.O. Gyandoh
A Professor of Law Emeritus from the prestigious Temple School of Law, Philadelphia, USA, where he has taught inter alia, International Protection of Human Rights, Foreign Policy and the US Constitution, and the Integration of African Customary Law. he has taught international protection of Human Rights and Comparative Constitutional Law in Athens (Greece), Tel Aviv( Israel) and Tokyo(Japan).Professor is also a former Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana, Legon and a Member, Advisory Council, National Security Archive, based in Washington D.C, Editor-in-Chief, Third World Legal Studies (TWLS) New York, USA, Fellow, Netherlands Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences, and attended University of Southampton, England, Middle Temple, London, UK, and the prestigious Yale University School of Law, U.S.A.

Professor S.N. Woode is a consultant for AEDC.
He is a retired expert in Public Administration. He was the Chairman of the Public Services Commission under the President J.A. Kufuor government and a former member of the governing council of Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration. He has won several awards for his academic work at the University of Ghana which spans decades.
Leonardo Lamptey (Esq) is a consultant for AEDC. He was the Solicitor-Secretary of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, the Government agency for the coordination and promotion of investments. He has a wealth of experience in joint venture and technology transfer negotiations, public private partnerships, facilitation of trade and investments and an in-depth knowledge of the legal and institutional framework for corporate investments in all sectors of the Ghanaian economy and the ECOWAS sub-region. Leonardo Lamptey has also represented the Government of Ghana in a number of international arbitration proceedings, was a key draftsman of the 1994 GIPC Act 478 and subsidiary legislations and has participated in numerous conferences on issues relating to international trade and investments and is an external consultant for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization – (UNIDO).

Kofi Asmah (Esq) is a Co-Founder of AEDC
He is the Managing Partner of international law firm, Gyandoh Asmah and Co, founded in 2004. His firm’s retained clients include Standard Chartered Bank, Stanbic Bank, Bank of Baroda, Holiday Inn, Toyota, Samsung, Silver Star Group, and the Embassy of the Hungary and State of Israel. He has lectured at the Ghana Police Training College, and was a member of Ghana UN Students Association (Vice-President), Life Link Model UN and the UNA-USA based in New York, USA.
